Lustrous 1839 Near-Gem Half Dollar
1839 50C MS64 PCGS. Deep electric-blue and magenta patina is concentrated at the margins of this Reeded Edge half, transitioning to a more pale purple in the centers. Each side possesses strong luster, and exhibits sharply defined design elements.
