1982 10C No P MS68 PCGS. The surfaces are essentially perfect with bright, satin-like luster and a touch of golden toning. The sharp striking details indicate this piece is from the group of No P Dimes found in the Sandusky, Ohio area. Also, we are at liberty to disclose that the consignor of this lot lives in Sandusky and owns two rolls of this issue.
