    1970 No S Dime, PR69 Cameo
    Flawless Error Proof Coin

1970 10C No S PR69 Cameo PCGS. The brilliant silver-white surfaces are essentially flawless and show a complete absence of mentionable distractions. The cameo contrast present is clear and perceptible but falls shy of that needed for a Deep Cameo designation. The 1970 No S dime proofs were the second year of these errors, 1968 being the first. The error occurred again with the 1983 No S dimes. About 500 examples are known of the 1970 No S dimes, but PR69 Cameo examples are at the top of the lot; PR69 Deep Cameo coins are unknown at PCGS. Population: 8 in 69 Cameo, 0 finer (1/16).(Registry values: P1)

    Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27F5, PCGS# 85248)

    Weight: 2.27 grams

Metal: 75% Copper, 25% Nickel (Over Copper Center)
