Description

Anna Rouble 1736 MS63 NGC, Kadashevsky mint, KM197, Dav-1673, Bitkin-128, Diakov-5. Obv. Crowned and mantled bust right, wearing ribbon and pearls in hair; three pearls on breast. Rev. Crowned imperial double eagle facing, holding scepter and orb; crown above. Extremely lustrous and argent surfaces. An exceptional quality rarely encountered on a Russian rouble from this period. A minor die crack on the obverse is noted for completeness.
