Extremely Rare Catherine the Great Rouble

Catherine II Rouble 1775 MMД-CA UNC Details (Obverse Scratched) NGC, Moscow mint, KM-C67a.1, Bit-133 (R3), Uzd-1067 (Extremely Rare). This Moscow date is orders of magnitude more rare than it's St. Petersburg counterpart, in contention for being the rarest circulation Rouble produced under Catherine the Great. The very few that have sold at auction over the past few years have paled in comparison to the present piece, generally languishing around the VF/XF range, also often possessing problems. Ignoring the patch of old scrapes on the obverse, this specimen is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition, sparkling with icy white resplendence. Despite the problems, this is a Catherine the Great Rouble of great consequence, surely among the condition census of extant survivors for this prized date/mint.
