    Nicholas I platinum 3 Roubles 1828-CПБ MS67 Prooflike NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-C177, F-160, Bitkin-73. Obv. Crowned imperial double eagle, holding scepter and orb; crown above. Rev. Denomination and date in four lines. Highly mirrored surfaces, with exceptionally argent devices. A fully brilliant, prooflike piece, offering exceedingly demanding eye-appeal and majesty. This is the single finest example certified by NGC.
