Paul I gold Ducat 1797 CM-ГЛ AU Details (Scratches) NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-C103, Bitkin-13 (R1), Fr-143. 3.51gm. Russian Trade coinage is among the most desirable genres of the entire Imperial series, and this one-year Ducat issued under Paul I is no exception. Heritage hasn't handled an example of the type in the current decade until now. Though the AU grade is accompanied by a conditional qualifier, the honest wear and amber blushes help contain the negative impact of the scattered light scratches. A somewhat modest specimen in this condition that should delight more budget minded collectors in it's availability at this level.
