    Alexander II Specimen Pattern 10 Kopecks 1871 SP65 PCGS, Brussels mint, Bit-608 (R3), KM-Pn137. Obv. Bare head bust of Alexander II right. Rev. Date and value in wreath. Superb strike, with frosted devices and reflective fields. Cameo contrast is noted, with surfaces free of all but a very few small marks. None have been certified finer by PCGS and NGC combined.
