Description

2000-P Sacagawea Dollar, MS68
Favored Cheerios Variety

2000-P $1 Cheerios MS68 PCGS. FS-901. Struck from a modified reverse hub, the die used to produce the popular "Cheerios" variety Sacagawea dollar had a raised central line on the tailfeathers, rather than incuse as seen on regular issue pieces. This feature increased the definition of the feathers, adding considerable eye appeal to the design. Radiantly lustrous brassy-gold surfaces complement the exquisitely struck devices. There are no defects visible to the naked eye. Population: 18 in 68, 0 finer (6/10).
