1907 $20 Arabic Numerals MS64 NGC. A satiny finish endows this sharply struck near-Gem and a delicate blend of peach-gold, mint-green, and soft lilac adorns both sides. An impressive strike imparts strong detail to the design features, including the panes of the Capitol building and Liberty's branch hand.
