1908 $20 Motto MS64 PCGS. The With Motto is an issue that was mostly melted during the Gold Recall of the 1930s, and today specimens in Gem or finer condition are quite elusive. This enticing near-Gem example offers attractive, fine-grained, mattelike surfaces that are typical for the issue.
