Description
1908 $20 No Motto MS65 PCGS. Short Rays Obverse. A coruscating and nicely struck example. The reverse is splendidly unabraded, and obverse marks are relatively unobtrusive. Congressmen insisted upon the return of the Motto in 1908, although the Buffalo nickel (first issued five years later) escaped such scrutiny.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26F6, PCGS# 9142, GSID# 10134)
