Gem 1908-D No Motto Saint-Gaudens Twenty

1908-D $20 No Motto MS65 PCGS. Pleasing shades of pale orange and coral toning mingle with hints of steel-blue on the lustrous surfaces of this Denver Mint Gem, from just the second year of the vaunted Saint-Gaudens double eagle series. A handful of small abrasions on the obverse prevent the piece from receiving an even higher grade assessment, but the reverse is blemish-free.(Registry values: N4719)
