Scarce 1908-S Saint-Gaudens AU53
1908-S $20 AU53 NGC. A scarce date in the Saint-Gaudens series with a tiny mintage of only 22,000 pieces. This coin is a moderately worn example with light greenish-gold and reddish patina. Only small contact marks are seen on either side. A substantial degree of mint luster remains evident, for the grade. (Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26FA, PCGS# 9149, GSID# 10161)
