1908-S $20 AU55 PCGS. One of the major gold rarities from the last century, the 1908-S had a mintage of only 22,000 coins, and few survived the melting pot during the 1930s. This lovely example, a Choice AU coin, has brilliant luster and wonderful surfaces for the modest grade.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26FA, PCGS# 9149, GSID# 10161)
