Orange-Gold AU Sharpness 1908-S Twenty
1908-S $20 --Improperly Cleaned--NGC Details. AU. Despite the NGC caveat, much pleasing detail remains on the orange-gold surfaces. The 1908-S was produced to the extent of only 22,000 coins. The luster is a bit flat, but not displeasing, and the strike is somewhat blunt on the rock. Contact marks are consistent with the AU Details level.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26FA, PCGS# 9149, GSID# 10161)
