1909 $20 MS63 PCGS. The 1909 and 1909/8 double eagles show virtually identical certified populations, presumably reflecting a 50:50 split between the overdate and nonoverdate varieties. This regular-date piece shows tinges of orange and green over lustrous, frosty, and lightly abraded surfaces.(Registry values: N2998)
