Description

Lovely MS64 1909 Twenty

1909 $20 MS64 PCGS. Elusive in Choice and a condition rarity any finer, the 1909 double eagle is difficult to acquire in better Mint State grades. Intermingled orange and lemon-gold colors appear on the shining, flashy surfaces of this boldly impressed piece, which displays uncommonly strong peripheral detail. Pleasing for the grade, though a handful of wispy abrasions deny Gem status.(Registry values: N2998)
