Description

Notable 1909/8 Twenty Dollar, MS63

1909/8 $20 MS63 PCGS. FS-301. This coin is one of several notable 20th century overdate varieties, coins that were created mostly during World War I or World War II. The 1909/8 is the exception, in that it is the largest denomination and a nonwartime issue. This peach-gold specimen has a few wispy abrasions on the obverse high points that account for the grade, but generous luster and high eye appeal are the order of the day.(Registry values: N2998)
