1909-D $20 MS64 NGC. Produced to the tiny extent of only 52,500 coins, the 1909-D is a significant, in-demand rarity in the Saint-Gaudens series. This near-Gem is far finer than the typical certified survivor, with excellent orange-gold coloration, a well-executed strike, and few abrasions of any relevance. Census: 84 in 64, 5 finer (2/10).
