Description
Attractive 1910-S Double Eagle, Choice Mint State
1910-S $20 MS64 PCGS. While the 1910-S had a mintage of over 2.1 million pieces, most were either melted or sent overseas. The rough handling of the examples that have returned to the United States has led this issue to be relatively scarce in grades finer than the present piece. Delightful pale yellow patina graces both sides of this specimen, with a couple of tiny blemishes noted. This minimally marked representative exhibits splendid eye appeal.
