Compelling 1911-D Twenty, MS66
1911-D $20 MS66 PCGS. An issue that is well-known for its overall excellent production values, the 1911-D is a popular mintmarked twenty from early in the Saint-Gaudens series. Frosty luster emanates from the mattelike surfaces on both sides, with lovely antique-gold patina and premium appeal in evidence throughout. PCGS has certified only nine examples finer than the present specimen (8/08).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26FK, PCGS# 9158, GSID# 10167)
