Description

Lustrous Select 1912 Double Eagle

1912 $20 MS63 PCGS. CAC. Well struck with rich yellow-orange luster overall. This Select piece is modestly abraded with a few more significant marks, such as a vertical flaw at the bottom of the eagle's lower wing. A line of alloy spots crosses Liberty's hair as it runs from torch to shoulder, and on the reverse, dots of similar color appear at the D of UNITED and the beginning of IN GOD WE TRUST.(Registry values: N1793)
