Lustrous Near-Gem 1912 Twenty Dollar

1912 $20 MS64 PCGS. A minimally abraded example whose canary-gold surfaces exude thick mint sheen. Liberty's chest and raised knee show slight incompleteness of detail. Only the Philadelphia Mint struck twenty dollar pieces in 1912, which was also the first year of the 48-star obverse subtype.(Registry values: N2998)
