Description

Attractive 1913 Double Eagle, MS63

1913 $20 MS63 PCGS. Attractive peach-gold patina runs over the lustrous surfaces of this Select double eagle, accented with splashes of light green. The design elements are fairly well impressed, especially the panes of the Capitol building and Liberty's branch hand. A scattering of minute marks limits the grade. The 1913 double eagle is available through the near-Gem level of preservation but becomes a condition rarity in MS65.(Registry values: N1793)
