    Description

    1913-S Twenty Dollar, MS62
    Popular Low-Mintage Issue

1913-S $20 MS62 PCGS. This is a sharply struck coin whose lustrous, satiny surfaces display no more than the expected number of bagmarks for the assigned grade. Like its half eagle and eagle counterparts, the 1913-S double eagle is a low-mintage (34,000 pieces) issue that becomes progressively more difficult to locate with grade. In fact, the paltry original mintage is the third lowest in the entire Saint-Gaudens double eagle series.

Morse Collection and the Dr. and Mrs. Steven L. Duckor Collection.
