Description

Well Struck 1914 Double Eagle, MS63

1914 $20 MS63 PCGS. The Philadelphia Mint apparently upped its standards this year, as most examples are sharply struck and lustrous (Jeff Garrett and Ron Guth, 2006). This Select example is no exception, as it possesses great luster and strongly defined design features. Yellow-gold surfaces reveal a few grade-defining marks.(Registry values: N1793)
