1915-S Double Eagle, MS65
Satiny Mint Luster
1915-S $20 MS65 PCGS. The 1915-S double eagle is known for
its above-average strike, especially at the problematic Capitol
building. This lustrous Gem Uncirculated example is sharp in that
area and elsewhere. Gleaming orange-gold surfaces reveal only minor
abrasions, including a short mark on the reverse below IN
GOD.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26FW, PCGS# 9168, Greysheet# 10173)
