Description

Sharply Struck 1920 Double Eagle, MS64

1920 $20 MS64 PCGS. This near-Gem is the finest 1920 double eagle that collectors can hope to locate. PCGS has graded only one finer and NGC seven better. A decisive strike imparts strong definition to the design features, evidenced by the detail in the panes of the Capitol building and the eagle's feathers. Lustrous yellow-gold surfaces are minimally marked.
