Lovely MS65 1922 Double Eagle
1922 $20 MS65 PCGS. This highly lustrous yellow-gold Gem has a solid strike. Well-preserved with just a couple of small copper spots noted on the reverse. While the 1922 double eagle is readily available in grades through Gem, MS66 and better coins are condition rarities; PCGS has certified just seven coins finer (4/09).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 26G3, PCGS# 9173, GSID# 10145)
