1923 $20 MS65 PCGS. The Gem level is about as good as it gets for this P-mint issue, where PCGS has certified only three examples in finer grades (9/09). The dazzling luster and overall broad appeal are complemented by attractive reddish-orange coloration and a paucity of relevant marks.
