Description

Pleasing MS62 1924-D Double Eagle

1924-D $20 MS62 NGC. Strong, almost brassy luster shines from the yellow-gold fields, and the figure of Liberty is generally well-defined. A well struck, lightly abraded representative of this challenging Denver issue, one of the earliest melt rarities from that Mint.
From The Mississippi Collection.
