Description

1926 $20 MS66 PCGS. The 1926 double eagle is one of those fortunate series exceptions that combines a high mintage with a high survival rate, making those coins in the higher Mint State grades attractive type coins. This Premium Gem offers lots of eye appeal via brilliant cartwheel luster over peach-gold, near-pristine surfaces. Nearly unobtainable finer; PCGS has graded only three examples in MS67 (6/10).(Registry values: N2998)
