1915 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle, MS64
Nice Color and Luster
1915 $20 MS64 PCGS. The 1915 Saint-Gaudens double eagle was
a well-produced issue from a smallish mintage of 152,000 pieces.
The 1915 is not difficult to locate in MS64 condition, but finer
specimens are scarce. This attractive Choice example displays
well-detailed design elements and lustrous orange-gold surfaces
with only minor signs of contact. PCGS has graded 61 numerically
finer examples (12/22).Ex: Central States Signature (Heritage 4/2017), lot 5777.(Registry values: N2998)
