Description
Scarce 1838 Partial Drapery Dime, MS64
1838 10C Partial Drapery MS64 PCGS Secure. Fortin-109. The famous Partial Drapery variety is the result of die clashing, with the E of DIME clashed at Liberty's elbow. The present specimen is a late die state known as Fortin-109, with reverse die erosion evident between UNITED and the border.
