1844 10C XF40 ANACS. Medium intensity burnt-orange, violet, and lavender toning covers minimally marked surfaces. The design features retain excellent detail despite high-point wear. There are no marks worthy of individual mention. Though not as difficult as the 1846 the 1844 is still scarce in all grades.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 238A, PCGS# 4585, GSID# 4035)
