1845 10C F-104a, R.3, MS65 NGC. In an earlier die marriage, this obverse shows triple punching on the 5 in the date, but on Fortin-104a, most signs of repunching are lapped away. This colorful Gem displays olive-gold, blue, and violet toning with satiny, unabraded surfaces. The strike is sharp. Census: 12 in 65, 7 finer (4/18).From The Reilly Cody Collection.
