Scarce, High Grade 1846 Seated Dime

1846 10C AU50 PCGS. A lightly circulated example of this scarce issue that has silver-gray patina over the surfaces and no mentionable marks or abrasions. A sharp strike also shows over each side. Only 31,300 pieces were struck, and this issue is actually scarcer than the more famous 1844.
