1849-O 10C AU58 NGC. Greer-102, Small O. From a heavily rusted obverse die; die rust is especially noticeable on Liberty's breast. "A fairly scarce date that is very scarce in XF or better," according to Greer (1992). Minimally worn on the highpoints of the design, with a moderate layer of cobalt-blue and brownish-gray toning over both sides. From The Beau Clerc Collection.(Registry values: N991)
