Description
1854 10C Arrows MS65 PCGS. The generous mintage exceeding 4.4 million coins--and the lowered silver content--enable the survival of delightful Gem examples such as this piece. Generous cartwheel luster is present over gently toned silver-gold surfaces. The strike is full, with moderate die clashing appearing on both sides, and only minor contact seems to have precluded an even finer grade. A super type coin. Population: 18 in 65, 12 finer (2/10).From The Gateway Collection.(Registry values: N2998)
