1857 10C F-107, R.2, MS65 PCGS. CAC. The date is positioned low, close to the dentils, which makes this variety easily identifiable. This Gem 1857 Seated Liberty dime is frosty and minimally marked, with flecks of olive and russet toning over otherwise pearl-gray surfaces. The right obverse stars are poorly defined, as usual for this issue. Population: 23 in 65, 10 finer. CAC: 9 in 65, 2 finer (7/18).Coin Index Numbers: (Variety PCGS# 538097, Base PCGS# 4614)
