1865 10C MS67 PCGS. CAC. Due to widespread hoarding of small
change during the Civil War, mintages at the Philadelphia Mint were
uniformly small in the mid-1860s. Only 10,000 Seated Liberty dimes
were struck in 1865, including this spectacular Superb Gem with
well-detailed design elements and vibrant mint luster, under shades
of blue and lavender toning. Population: 3 in 67, 0 finer
