Wonderfully Toned 1866 Seated Dime, MS66
With Boldly Clashed Reverse
1866 10C MS66 NGC. Ex: Simpson. A wonderful Premium Gem
business strike for the color aficionados, with an amber-gold
obverse center, mint and aqua at the obverse rims, and a
silver-gold reverse. Abrasions are unseen, although bold clash
marks appear on the reverse. Only 8,000 examples were made of this
first postbellum issue, and specimens at this grade level are
