Description
Rare Gem 1867-S Seated Dime
1867-S 10C MS66 NGC. Greer-102. With pristine, satiny surfaces and needle sharp striking definition in virtually all areas, it is little wonder that this premium quality Gem is the single finest certified representative of this low mintage (140,000 pieces), heavily circulated, frontier era issue (7/01). The otherwise silver-gray features reveal a few isolated swirls of blue, gold, and lilac colors on both sides. The 1867-S is similar in both overall and high grade rarity to the 1866-S.From the Gulf Coast Collection.
