1873-CC 10C Arrows--Improperly Cleaned--NCS. VF Details. The minuscule mintage of 18,791 pieces, along with a low survival rate, makes the 1873-CC Arrows a key date in the Seated Liberty dime series. This VF Details specimen displays fairly nice overall detail. Close examination reveals some surface grooves and minor metal movement, suggesting mechanical cleaning.
