1874-CC 10C Arrows--Improperly Cleaned--NCS. VG Details. This piece has been retoned with gray-gold surfaces. Both sides have minor abrasions and scratches in addition to being cleaned. However, the details grade is a strong VG, nearly Fine, with six letters of LIBERTY visible. The 1874-CC is a major rarity in the Seated dime series, desirable in all states of preservation.(Registry values: N1793)
