1874-S 10C Arrows MS64 PCGS. CAC. The 1874-S With Arrows dime, from a mintage of 240,000 pieces, is scarce in all grades. The bright semiprooflike fields flash brightly through the scattered, hazy gray-russet toning. The design elements are fully struck, except for the usual softness on Liberty's head. No mentionable abrasions are noted. Population: 14 in 64, 6 finer (2/14).
