Stunning 1879 Seated Dime, MS67 ★ ★
1879 10C MS67 ★ NGC. The lower loop of the 8 is widely repunched. Golden-brown and cobalt-blue perimeters frame the brilliant fields and devices. Lustrous and nicely struck with clean surfaces. A low mintage date because of heavy Morgan dollar production. Only four finer pieces have been NGC certified, including a prooflike MS68 ★ specimen.(Registry values: N1)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23AS, PCGS# 4687, GSID# 4075)
