Low Mintage MS67 ★ 1879 Dime
1879 10C MS67 ★ NGC. The lower loop of the 8 is widely repunched. Golden-brown and cobalt-blue perimeters frame the brilliant fields and devices. Lustrous and nicely struck with clean surfaces. A low mintage date because of heavy Morgan dollar production. Census: 7 in 67 ★ , 3 finer as MS68 without a star, and 1 finer as MS68 Prooflike ★ (8/07).From The Beau Clerc Collection.(Registry values: N1)
