Description

1891-O Dime, MS67
Only One Other Piece So Graded by NGC

1891-O 10C MS67 NGC. The 1891-O is rarely available in such superior condition. In fact, there are only three pieces certified in MS67 between both of the major services. Only two are NGC-certified. Our records only indicate we have offered an 1891-O in MS67 on five occasions in the past 20 years. Four of those are appearances and reappearances of the sole PCGS MS67. This is the first time we have offered this Superb Gem. The brilliant surfaces are heavily frosted, and the die flow lines at the margins give the coin a slightly matte-like appearance. Prominent die clashing on each side, most notably the E at Liberty's knee. Sharply struck.(Registry values: N1)
